A platform to allow for a more efficient management of the company's customers. It is a database maintenance program that helps storing and managing the data of potential real estate clients and tenant agreements.
Concept
We developed a database maintenance program for an easier user experience. Core feature include:
- Checking contract every midnight to select the ones that are most likely to expire.

Desktop
The desktop version includes all mobile application functions.
In this version, real estate brokers can edit clients' information, delete the created account and filter specific data by date, broker name and price.
Mobile
Enabling estate brokers to use Android and iOS applications linked to the database to fill out a form at the end of the conversation to be able to add a potential client to the database.
